Pasticceria Sinatra

As a boy, Sinatra sprouts seemed to me to be the best in Genoa. Not that I tried all the pastry shops, but of the ones where my dad bought on Sundays, I always hoped he would go to Sinatra. I remember that they had an extra weapon: they also put the pastry cream underneath. A brilliant idea, which no one else was doing. As an adult I remembered this bakery and bought some birthday cakes. Same magic... great Sinatra, a true craftsman.

A little dive into the past for someone like me who has to eat gluten-free desserts... good, well-made pastries with a vintage touch... the delight is very good, I've almost tried them all... maybe the two are a little less to my taste hazelnut and pistachio 100% butter cream.. but the rest is super.. it's been years since I left the pastry shop with a tray and ribbon.. well done! If I can I'll come back for breakfast or some biscuits!

I waited to cool off before doing this review, because today at the end of the phone call I was really angry. But given that from the responses to the reviews here too I read the owner's arrogance, I doubt that there will be a reconciliation. It's a shame because as a celiac having to give up the only pastry shop in Genoa that only offers gluten-free is annoying, on the other hand, however, I in no way accept being treated like an idiot by anyone and receiving answers like "see for yourself" or "what questions it makes me a lady", I as a customer ask all the questions that come to me and I expect those who work to reassure me and not make fun of me. Since the sacrifices for those like me who have been celiac for many years are already enough, finding myself with people who, despite working in the sector, I don't know realize that some things are not so obvious for us seems to me to have understood nothing of the area that is meant carry on. It's a real shame, I hate giving negative reviews, but if up until now I had refrained from saying that the quality wasn't the highest, because unfortunately the competition is practically zero here, so we were satisfied, the rudeness and the lack of consideration due to the owner's sensitivity to others they really make me say GOODBYE! As you yourself have been kind enough to write in response to several reviews here, I'll save you the trouble this time.
